If the quality of Pickle Wickle’s products does not meet the customer's expectations, they shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the amount billed. However, customers can provide feedback by emailing support@picklewickle.com, and Pickle Wickle will make an effort to address any concerns.
In the case of delivery issues such as food items being damaged or leaking, the customer should return the items to the delivery person and write a complaint on the bill, which the delivery person will sign.
Additionally, customers must inform Pickle Wickle at the consumer care email within 24 hours of any delivery or food item issues.
Pickle Wickle will investigate complaints within 10 days of receiving them and make a final, binding decision. If a refund is agreed upon, Pickle Wickle will return the payment in the same mode that the customer used to pay within 7 working days.
